LopyViewer Rewards
Viewer rewards are designed to be funded independently from trading fees — from a separate $LOPY platform token treasury — so creator earnings are never diluted to pay for viewer incentives.
This system is designed but not yet live: $LOPY has not been deployed and no reward claims are currently possible.
How viewers will earn
- Watch time — points accrue per minute actively watching a stream
- Chat activity — bonus points for participating in stream chat (capped, to prevent spam farming)
- Trading activity — bonus points for trading the stream's token while it's live
Claiming rewards (planned)
After a stream ends, points would be tallied off-chain and compiled into a Merkle tree. The platform submits only the Merkle root on-chain (one transaction, regardless of viewer count) — each eligible viewer then claims their $LOPY reward directly with a proof, paying their own gas.
Anti-abuse measures (planned)
- Wallet connection required — no anonymous point farming
- Minimum watch time threshold before points start accruing
- Per-wallet, per-stream point caps to prevent single-wallet dominance
